In addition to being a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Angee has been a yoga-enthusiast since 2001, when a friend talked her into attending a class together. She completed Level 1 YogaFit Instructor Training in 2009, and believes yoga is best practiced with a good sense of humor and gentleness toward one’s self and others! She offers a mixture of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga styles, and welcomes all levels of students in her classes.
