EXPERIENCE

Carrington is currently an intern and is working toward her master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has four years of experience working within inpatient mental health settings and is trained in Phase 1 Brainspotting. Carrington primarily works with adolescents and young adults addressing anxiety, depression, and coping skills. Carrington is an ally of the LGBTQ+ community. She recognizes each client is an individual with their own experiences and strengths that require personalized care. Carrington wants to build trusting relationships with her clients in a safe environment where they can grow and heal.
