Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate

EXPERIENCE

Christy is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with her Associate license. She uses a multidisciplinary approach combining strength-based and ACT models with brain-based models such as mindfulness and Brainspotting. Christy also incorporates elements of Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, and mindful breathing techniques for a more unique approach to therapy. Christy believes in the unique strengths of each client and is passionate about walking with them as they journey to discover and achieve a healthier and more fulfilling life. 

She enjoys working with issues such as ADHD, stress management, anxiety, depression, trauma, gender confusion, life calling, and career. She primarily works with adolescents (13 +) and adults.
