EXPERIENCE

Daniel is currently working as an intern, finalizing his Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. His passion lies in providing support and guidance to adults facing life's various challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and navigating change. Daniel firmly believes in the power of coming alongside people in their struggles, fostering resilience, and encouraging positive change. Through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness techniques, Daniel is determined to contribute meaningfully to his clients' journeys of healing and personal growth.
