DBT Group for Adolescent Girls ( Ages 13-18)
DBT stands for Dialectical Behavior Therapy and is designed to help teenage girls reduce depression, irritability, anger, impulsivity, self esteem issues and overall social adjustment, in addition to self harm and suicidal ideation through learning and practicing skills in four core areas. We will come together weekly for 6 weeks to meet, discuss, and learn life skills to help you get better and thrive at life!
