EXPERIENCE

Kristy Page is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from Purdue University and her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner Degree from Ball State University. Kristy has become more and more passionate about the mental health and well-being of her patients. While she has already been diagnosing and treating a variety of mental health illnesses, she decided to return to school for further education in psychiatric medicine. Kristy will soon be dually certified with her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. Kristy has many years of experience in primary care, chronic disease management, and mental health medication management. Kristy takes a patient-centered approach with her patients and considers it a privilege to be a part of a patient's mental health care journey.
