EXPERIENCE

In a former life, Daniel was an engineer before returning to school to complete his Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Daniel's passion lies in providing support and guidance to adults facing life's various challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and navigating change. Daniel firmly believes in the power of coming alongside people in their struggles, fostering resilience, and encouraging positive change. Through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems or Parts work, Somatic psychology and mindfulness techniques such as BrainSpotting, Daniel is determined to contribute meaningfully to his clients' journeys of healing and personal growth.
