Classes in Yoga Studio

MindFit Counseling and Wellness Center offers many types of classes for somatic exploration, body attunement and overall deeper processing. We often have guest instructors for events/special classes. 

 Trauma Sensitive Yoga - These classes are smaller in nature and offer a component of BrainSpotting or "focused mindfulness" within for the purpose of deeper processing. These classes may be more sensitive in nature compared to Restorative classes and therefore have less participants (with a max of 6)  

Rooted and Resilient Yoga - This class is taught by Kristin Wedding. These are gentle in nature and are kept small to create a safe, supportive, and controlled environment that fosters healing and allows for personalized, attentive instruction.  

Special Events - Guest instructors or our staff often will hold special events and classes.
