Nature Groups
- Every month starts a new theme. But each theme will correlate with each other.
- Groups are for adults age 18 and older.
- Participants can sign up for specific months or choose all.
- Cost is $40 per week.
- We are now beginning the registeration process.
- Please be advised that only 10 slots per theme are available.
- You will be notified of your admission into the group.
- We will create a waiting list once the theme is full. If there is enough interest, a second group date/time will be established.

October 6-27 2024 (Sundays @ 2pm)The groups will begin with grounding/earthing/orienting (so wear shoes that are easy to take on and off).
We will have a canopy and a tree present for shade (if needed) as well as a cooler full of water.
Yoga mats will be provided to sit on. Any supplies needed for each group will be provided.
We may be walking trails in order to engage in more structured mindful activity and meditation.
(Please also be mindful of this in the type of shoe you wear:)
We have some of our most skilled therapists leading each group that pertains to their own expertise.
The groups will take place in the yard of our Westfield office (to the side of the picnic table). There are trails to each side of the office, which will be used during the groups.

When you register, Mary Abbott (our intern) will reach out to you with regard to payment and placement in the group. Spots are limited!
