Vibrational Sound Therapy

Sound therapy is the use of specific sounds, frequencies, and vibrations to support physical and mental well-being. It is grounded in the idea that sound waves can influence the body and brain by stimulating the nervous system and vagus nerve, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and even affecting physiological functions like heart rate and breathing.

For example, low-frequency sounds or steady rhythms can help slow brainwave activity, leading to a more relaxed or meditative state. This is similar to how calming music can reduce anxiety or improve focus. Techniques might include listening to specific tones, using instruments like tuning forks or singing bowls, or participating in sessions that use sound to facilitate deep relaxation or stress relief.
