Lacy recently joined the MindFit Counseling team as an intern while pursuing her master’s degree in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling at Naropa University. She is working toward clinical licensure in mental health counseling and brings a diverse background in psychology, mindfulness, Yoga, Ayurveda, and creative practices.

Lacy is passionate about creating a compassionate and supportive space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences. She has completed training in Brainspotting, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems (IFS-Informed), and Self-Inquiry with Byron Katie. Her integrative approach weaves mindfulness-based interventions and transpersonal perspectives with Gestalt therapy as a primary somatic tool. She also draws on practices such as Yoga, meditation, and breathwork when supportive to a client’s process.

Lacy is especially interested in supporting individuals through life’s many transitions. She has a particular passion for working with women across all phases of life—whether navigating the pre- and postnatal period, parenting children of any age, or moving through the transitions of perimenopause and menopause. She also enjoys working with adolescents, parents, and individuals seeking resilience, clarity, and greater self-compassion on their journey.
