EXPERIENCE
Amy earned her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in December, 2020. She has worked with domestic violence survivors as well as adults and teens struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relationship issues. Amy has extensive training in mindfulness and has facilitated teen groups as well as adult workshops teaching mindfulness fundamentals and mindful meditation.
Amy is Phase 2 trained in Brainspotting - a focused treatment method that works by identifying, processing, and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional body pain, trauma, and a variety of distressing symptoms.
