Emily Gillespie MA, LMHC

Experience:

Emily is a fully licensed clinical mental health therapist with just over five years of experience. She has experience from multiple settings such as individual and group therapy, inpatient, and addiction support from ages 15 to 65+. Therapy with Emily is compassionate, direct, and collaborative. Her belief is that growth happens with a balance of understanding the past while taking steps forward. Her goal is to create a space where you feel safe exploring emotions, gaining practical skills, and challenging patterns that no longer serve you.

Whether you're working through trauma, struggling with relationships, or seeking to build healthier boundaries, she tailors therapy to meet your unique needs. She uses a multidisciplinary approach of combining DBT models with Brainspotting and mindfulness to support lasting change.
