Hannah joined the MindFit Counseling team in January 2025 as an intern and has since transitioned to a licensed associate at MindFit as of January 2026.

Hannah aims to provide inclusive, patient-centered care to individuals of all identities, focusing on whole-person care that respects each patient's lived experience. Her approach to therapy follows a listening-first approach, ensuring that all have the opportunity to fully express themselves just as they are. In her therapy room, she hopes that her clients firmly understand and believe that they matter, and their story matters.

Hannah primarily works with ages 12 and up, and her practice is driven by empirically-supported theoretical orientations such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) theory, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). She also enjoys teaching her clients mindfulness skills to raise a greater sense of awareness to the present moment and reduce overall stress levels.

Coming to therapy for the first time can feel frightening or risky, and the healing process is not without some discomfort. Hannah has been trained in trauma-informed approaches that allow clients to dictate and collaborate in the nature and pace of their treatment. She recognizes that the people who come to see her are the experts of their own lives, and her responsibility is to provide the resources that will best support their vision of healing. Brainspotting is one such technique that Hannah has been trained in that has proven benefits for treating post-traumatic stress symptoms (Horton et al., 2024).

While she's not working, Hannah loves being at the pool, as she is a former collegiate swimmer. She also loves to bake cakes for friends and family, watch college football in the fall, and explore new hiking spots.
