Hannah recently joined the Mindfit Counseling team as an intern while she is pursuing her state license in mental health counseling. She received her undergraduate degree at Ball State University and is currently completing her graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Liberty University.

Hannah is passionate about creating a warm and encouraging space for others to share their stories, with a firm belief that everyone's story matters and deserves to be heard. Her approach to therapy follows a listening first approach, ensuring that all clients have the opportunity to fully express themselves just as they are.

She loves to empower others in identifying and achieving their goals, as she has done for the last few years as a Division 1 collegiate swim coach. In the same way that she has encouraged others in their physical fitness, she has an even stronger affinity for promoting mental fitness and wellness. Her counseling practice is primarily driven by the theory of mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy to create a greater awareness of how thoughts and behaviors are connected and learn how to cultivate healthy thought patterns. She hopes that the resources provided through her practice will help support each client's vision for mental wellness.
