EXPERIENCE

Jessica has 15 years of experience in community counseling and private practice setting that include experience and certification in Brainspotting, training in Internal Family Systems and Somatic Experiencing.

She's primarily worked with adults and adolescents addressing anxiety/depression, trauma, PTSD and complex trauma (including Disassociated Identity Phenomena). She really enjoys working with parents of children diagnosed with ADD/ADHD and Oppositional Defiant Disorder. She has a special interest in Brainspotting – a focused treatment method that works by identifying, processing and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, dissociation and a variety of challenging symptoms. And yes, she work with veterans. Jessica is a veteran herself, serving in the Army National Guard for 6 years with one deployment to Kuwait.
