EXPERIENCE
Rachel is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) passionate about supporting individuals navigating trauma, grief, late-identified neurodivergence, relational challenges, and reconnecting with parts of themselves shaped by early life experiences.
After more than a decade working in education, Rachel returned to school to pursue her Master of Social Work, bringing a deep appreciation for how our experiences shape how we understand ourselves and relate to others. Her therapeutic approach is integrative, person-centered, and grounded in the belief that healing begins with curiosity, connection, and a deeper understanding of ourselves. She incorporates evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, somatic awareness, and parts work to help clients explore patterns, build self-compassion, and move toward lives that feel more authentic and aligned with their values.
Rachel strives to create a collaborative, affirming space where clients can feel seen, explore their experiences without judgment, and develop a stronger connection with themselves.
