EXPERIENCE
Rachel has been involved in the mental health field for well over a decade and has worked as a counselor since 2017. In addition to private practice, she has experience in inpatient, residential, and school-based settings. Rachel primarily works with adults who are looking for support in navigating anxiety, depressive symptoms, life transitions, substance abuse, trauma, relationship issues, and self-discovery. She employs an attachment-focused lens and utilizes an integrative approach to therapy, often drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT), somatic therapy, and internal family systems (IFS). .
