EXPERIENCE
Rachel has been involved in the mental health field for nearly a decade and has worked as a counselor for the past five years. In addition to private practice, she has experience in inpatient, residential, and school-based settings. Rachel primarily works with adults and older adolescents who are looking for support in navigating life transitions, substance abuse, trauma, relationship issues, and self-discovery. She utilizes an integrative approach to therapy, often drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and emotionally focused therapy (EFT).
