Samantha is a fully licensed therapist that obtained her education Indiana Wesleyan University.  Sam's history includes working as a yoga instructor prior to becoming a therapist. She is very passionate about helping clients on their journey to a healthier and more fulfilling life and has most experience working with individuals that hold trauma in their body. Sam uses a "bottom up approach" to treating trauma, starting in the body. She uses mindfulness-based techniques to include Brainspotting and CBT but also incorporates elements of mindful breathing and Trauma Informed Yoga for a more somatic approach to therapy.

She enjoys working with issues such as stress management, anxiety, depression, new life phases, life balance, and coping. She primarily works with older teens (18+) and adults.

Samantha has implemented and taught psycho-educational groups for burnout, compassion fatigue, and self-care.
