Samantha is a fully licensed mental health therapist who earned her degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. Before becoming a therapist, she worked as a yoga instructor, a foundation that continues to shape her integrative, body-based approach to healing.

As a Christian, Samantha enjoys walking alongside clients of faith, incorporating Scripture, a biblical perspective, and prayer into sessions as requested. She also welcomes and values clients from all backgrounds, creating a warm and compassionate space for each individual’s unique journey.

Samantha is passionate about helping clients move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives, especially those whose trauma is stored in the body. She uses a “bottom-up” approach to therapy that emphasizes the mind-body connection, utilizing Brainspotting, CBT, mindfulness, sound and vibration, and trauma-informed yoga for a deeply somatic and restorative experience.

She is a certified Brainspotting clinician and recently completed 300 hours in Trauma-Sensitive Yoga. Samantha enjoys supporting clients with challenges such as stress management, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and overall balance. She primarily works with older teens (18+) and adults and has also developed and led psychoeducational groups on burnout, compassion fatigue, and self-care.
