EXPERIENCE

Brandon is s United States AF veteran working towards earning his master's degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling. He has worked in the mental health field alongside adults, teenagers, and children helping them through some of life's most challenging experiences. Brandon believes that everyone is unique, and counseling should be no different, which is why his style of counseling is tailored to the needs of his client. He uses an emotions focused approach employing evidence-based, modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

Brandon will also be utilizing BrainSpotting, elements of Somatic work and motivational interviewing (MI). Working with Brandon, clients will become more acquainted with their felt sense, creating safety to process difficult emotions and build the resiliency to embrace life's challenges. Brandon will provide the map and together the two of you will find the route that best fits your needs to fulfill your goals and reach your destination. Wherever you are in your healing journey, Brandon will meet you with compassion and gratitude for having the opportunity to be a part of your journey.
