EXPERIENCE

Heather has more than 10 years’ experience helping others achieve the life they desire. In addition to private practice, she has worked in community mental health, residential care, and home-based therapy settings.Heather enjoys working with individuals (age 18+) as well as couples and offers both teletherapy and in-office appointments. She strives to empower her clients by utilizing a variety of approaches, including EMDR, Trauma Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and The Gottman Method. Heather promotes self-discovery, which includes not only exploring problematic patterns, but also identifying strengths and evidence of resiliency.
