Sarah Erney is an art therapist as well as a licensed mental health counselor with 8 years of experience within the mental health field. She believes that each person is unique, and their treatment should be too. Sarah works with adolescents, young adults, and adults to find the best approach to address their needs. She specializes in work with trauma, anxiety, and life transitions, as well as OCD.

Sarah often combines talk therapy with art therapy. She believes that through creating art, as well as reflecting on the process and completed artwork, clients are able to explore a greater awareness of themselves and others. Sarah is trained in EMDR, a brain-based psychotherapy treatment used for work with trauma. Sarah is also trained to use exposure response and prevention treatment for work with OCD. Through creativity and client exploration she will work with clients to better understand emotions, behaviors, and expression of self.
